We do NOT collect or store:

• Credit card numbers or payment card details (these are handled directly by Paddle)
• Social security numbers or government IDs
• Sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Personalise your content pack (business name on templates, etc.)
• Deliver your content via email
• Send delivery confirmation and access links
• Respond to support questions
• Send occasional emails about product updates or new content (you can unsubscribe any time)

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Leon Media uses the following services to operate:

• Paddle — processes all payments. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and is a data processor under GDPR. Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace — stores content pack files, sends delivery emails. Google's Privacy Policy.
• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — sends transactional and marketing emails. Brevo's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and manages DNS. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your business details and email for as long as you remain a customer plus 7 years after your last purchase, to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days unless we're required by law to retain it.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses:

• Essential cookies — to process checkout (set by Paddle)
• Email open tracking — a 1x1 pixel in delivery emails to confirm delivery
• Link click tracking — to measure whether customers access their content

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics tools that share data with third parties.

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

• Access controls on our systems
