1. About Leon Media

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our", "Leon Media", and "the Company" refer to HVAC Packs (the legal entity). "You" and "your" refer to the customer using our services.

2. Our Service

Leon Media sells pre-designed digital content packs for local service businesses. Our products include:

• Personalised social media post templates (Google Slides files)
• Written captions for each post
• SEO keyword lists
• Video production scripts
• Google Ads campaign templates
• Implementation guides and reference documents

All content is digitally delivered. We are not a design agency or marketing consultancy. We do not provide custom design work, content writing, advertising management, or one-to-one consulting. Our service is a pre-designed, automated product — a software-like experience delivered through email.

3. How Delivery Works

When you purchase a pack, our automated system:

1. Receives your business details (name, phone, city, website, tagline) from the intake form
2. Copies pre-designed Google Slides templates from our master library
3. Automatically replaces placeholder text with your business details
4. Emails you download links, typically within 5–30 minutes, guaranteed within 24 hours

No human intervention is involved in fulfilment. All personalisation is automated text replacement.

4. Your Account & Access

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business details at checkout (we cannot re-generate content for incorrect details without charge)
• Keeping your delivered content secure
• Using the content only for your own business and not reselling or redistributing it

5. Licence & Ownership

When you purchase a pack, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered content for your business. You may:

• Post the content on social media
• Edit, crop, recolour, or adapt the content for your use
• Include the content in paid ad campaigns
• Continue using the content indefinitely, including after cancelling a subscription

You may not:

• Resell the content or license it to other businesses
• Publish the content on template marketplaces or stock platforms
• Claim authorship of the underlying design templates

Underlying design templates remain the intellectual property of Leon Media / HVAC Packs.

6. Subscription Terms (Monthly Pack)

The Monthly Pack is a recurring subscription billed monthly at $59 USD. You can cancel anytime by contacting us or through the subscription link in your delivery email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep all content already delivered.

7. One-Time Packs (Starter & Pro)

Starter Pack ($197) and Pro Pack ($497) are one-time purchases. No recurring charges.

8. Refund Policy

Leon Media offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider (paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for Leon Media and handles billing, tax calculation, and compliance. Your payment information is held by Paddle, not by Leon Media.

10. No Customisation Service

Leon Media does not offer custom design, bespoke content creation, or marketing consultation. Our packs are pre-designed for the industries they serve (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other local service categories) and are not modified per customer beyond automated text replacement.

11. Accuracy & No Guarantees

We provide content templates that are designed to be useful for service businesses, but we make no guarantees about:

• Specific business outcomes (lead generation, sales, engagement, rankings)
• Regulatory compliance for advertising in your jurisdiction
• Industry-specific claims in captions (e.g. "licensed", "certified") — you are responsible for verifying any claims in the content match your actual business

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Leon Media is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Leon Media is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Issues arising from third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Content being flagged or removed by social platforms

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Leon Media after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity HVAC Packs. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant jurisdiction.
