Leon Media (a trading name operated under HVAC Packs, the legal entity) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your content pack for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We will process the refund without requiring justification.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Email bill@leonsmail.com with your order number (from your Paddle receipt)
  2. We will confirm your request within 2 business days
  3. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically reach your card or bank within 5–10 business days

Subscription Cancellations (Monthly Pack)

The Monthly Pack ($59/month) is a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime:
